We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address if you create an account, your saved watchlist items and preferences, and anonymized usage data to improve the platform. We do not collect your political affiliation, voting history, or any sensitive personal information.

Your information is used solely to operate and improve myrep.vote. This includes saving your watchlist, sending alerts you have opted into, and understanding how features are used in aggregate. We never use your data to build advertising profiles or infer political preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Ever. The only exception is service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and email delivery), who are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal information is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate usage data may be retained for platform improvement purposes.
